Craig Harrison (Chair)
Craig has worked in the arts sector for over 23 years, in many aspects of creative, production, administration and management. After working on over 30 festivals around the world, as a lighting designer for 70 productions and a stint as an Independent Producer based in Melbourne, he then spent over 5 years as a Programming Executive for the Adelaide Festival Centre before spending 3 years at Country Arts SA as Manager of Artform Development. He then was Manager and Systems Administrator of the National Touring Selector, an online international marketplace for the performing arts and made it part of core-business for Country Arts SA. Craig concurrently held a seat on the Arts Industry Council of SA for 3 years and has been on the board of Cirkidz for 8 years. Currently, Craig is part-time Special Projects Manager at Arts South Australia and part-time Creative Producer & General Manager for contemporary circus company "Gravity & Other Myths."
Jane Mussared (Deputy Chair)
Jane is the General Manager, Innovation and Development with ACH Group, a not-for-profit aged care provider. She holds a Masters in Social Work (majoring in social policy and research) and currently serves on the Port Adelaide Football Club Community Engagement Task Force. Jane is a former SA Winner of the Innovation Award in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards.
Christakis Soteriou (Treasurer)
Chris is Associate Director, Business Planning and Analysis at the University of Adelaide. A Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), he has achieved success in numerous industries throughout his career, including higher education, financial services, real estate and major events. .
Joanne has over 20 years experience as a practicing visual artist, educator and facilitator, and for the past 15 years has taught undergraduates and honours students at the UniSA School of Arts, Architecture and Design. A long-time volunteer at Cirkidz, she has also served on advisory groups, steering committees and boards for organisations such as Jam Factory and Craft South.
Paul is Manager Fundraising & Development at the University of Adelaide. His role also involves the procurement of sponsorship to support University events, and the development of high-level industry partnerships.
Emma has over 20 years experience working across the not for profit sector in service delivery, training and management roles both in Australia and abroad. Her experience covers Can Do 4Kids, Foundation21 and CREATE Foundation. More recently her focus has been around Community Development within local government. She has a strong interest in social justice, innovation and strengthening communities through active participation and engagement.
Following an initial eight-year career as a musician John has taken a long and winding road through government, not-for-profit and commercial enterprise to build up high-level skills in arts, venue, financial, commercial and project management.
A senior executive with + 25 years business experience, predominantly in the health and retail sectors, with in-depth experience in business development strategy, marketing and retail strategy. A dynamic member of the Executive Management team who has been instrumental in driving transformational change across all facets of the business, is highly driven, uncovers strategic opportunities and is quick to action in a measured and meticulously planned approach. Proven track record of developing new lucrative business opportunities and motivating a team to repeatedly exceed targets. Known for a strong collaborative approach to business partnerships, an eye for detail and a strong strategic vision.
Stephen is an energetic, commercially astute leader who enjoys improving & growing service based companies. He has a record of success in producing transformational strategy and implementing change to deliver improved shareholder value through improved efficiency, more satisfied customers and engaged and productive staff. He has led companies of up to $200m in turnover, and run divisions of large companies with over $1 billion of spend. He has worked in sensitive, complex and highly regulated markets ranging from domestic to global and his experience includes company acquisitions and sales, driving successful mergers of brown-fields operations, and achieving large improvements in sales performance.
