Small Group Adult Fitness Classes

Swap your treadmill for a trapeze and do something totally brag worthy! Small Group Adult Fitness classes are run in 10 week blocks, however enrolments can be taken mid-block if space permits in the classes. All classes are taught by professional trainers and circus artists in our fully equipped training space on the city fringe. Contact us by phone or email if you would like to check availability in your preferred class!

Choose from five awesome classes:

Adult Aerial Tuesdays (7.30pm - 9.00pm),
Adult Aerial Wednesdays (7.00pm - 8.30pm),
Adult Aerial (Trapeze and Hoop) Thursday (7.30pm - 9.00pm)
Adult Aerial (2 hour intensive, choose your own specilaty) Friday (7:00pm - 9:00pm)
or Adult Circus 101 (Tuesdays, 7.30 - 9.00pm).

It's just $275 for a 10 week block or $220 upfront with a saving of $55 if you book and pay before the 10 week block starts, with the exception of Friday's Aerial class which is $366 with a $55 saving upfront due to the extended time. Call us for the latest time table! Casual classes are $35 and subject to availability.

Circus 101 sessions cover the main areas of circus skills including tumbling and trampolining, acrobatics, balance, juggling, hula, circus games and more. The class will introduce beginners to the fundamental techniques and challenge those with a little more experience. All fitness levels welcome.

Meet the Trainers
Trainer Ella: Ella is a NICA graduate and has performed in circuses such as Cirque du Soleil and the Moscow circus as a professional trapeze artist. You can also see Ella representing SA in the latest Qantas inflight safety video.

Trainer Jono: Jono has trained and taught circus skills in places all over the world including London and Belgium. He is a passionate leader and motivator who teaches with a 'learning-through-play' philosophy.

Trainer Lucina: Lucina is one of our trainers here at the centre. She is a grandmother, circus performer and a gifted, patient teacher. Lucina has worked all over the world as a show girl, fitness leader, personal trainer, gym coach, dancer and acrobat. Her circus super hero power is juggling her busy life whilst maintaining zen.

Trainer Clo: Clo Mudrik PE Teacher, Bach Degree in Human Movement, Aerialist, PT, Pilates Instructor,Nutritionist and Circus/Aerials Coach Specialist, founded the “Circus Co-Op” in São Paulo/Brazil in 1994,introduced Circus and Capoeira as Physical Education subject in schools in Brazil, worked as Strength and Conditioning Coach and Aerial Apparatus Rigger/Technician for well-known Theatre Companies in São Paulo/Brazil( Circodelico,Cia Acrobatico Fratelli,Cia.Circo Minimo, Teatro da Vertigem), Buenos Aires/Argentina(T.S.O.), Barcelona and Seville/Spain, founded the Wellington Circus Trust (former Circus Hub)in New Zealand and worked as director of kids programs, Acrobalance and Aerials arts for Adults(2006-2012).

From 2012 in Sydney Clo was the safety rigger, Recreational Gymnastics and Circus Coach at East Gymnastics and at Umbilico-Space for Movement run the Circus kids Programs and Performances, also taught Aerial Silks for Adults. As an artist Clo performed around the world in Physical Theatre and Circus Companies since 1991 Capoeira, samba, Acrobalance, Head-to-Head, Spanish Web. Trapeze (single and doubles), Petit-Volant, Tissue, Juggling, Fire twirling and Harness Dance.

Trainer Loki: Lachlan ‘Loki’ Rickus has been performing in Adelaide, Australia and Internationally for over 18 years. and has years of training in Ballet, Circus, Gymnastics and Musical Theatre. Loki performed and worked with Cirkidz Youth Circus School graduating in 2003 and then has worked, trained and coached around Australia and overseas. Since breaking his neck in 2006 in a training accident Loki has taken back to the stage mixing his genres to create his own Cabaret Identity.
